Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the competent courts of The Territory, which have exclusive jurisdiction for all claims related to or resulting from this Agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese terms, as updated by us from time to time, are the entire agreement between you and Green Champions in respect of use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements, communications, or understandings (whether written, oral or electronic) with regard thereto.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as updated.
